Turn away from the wall and distance it with approximately eighteen inches. Bend at the knees and slowly lean backward until the entire surface of your back meets the wall. After that, bend your knees some more. Stop once your thighs are at a 180 degree angle to the ground. Try and maintain this stance for as long as your muscles allow.
